Its ALL in Your Head!

TRUST Me when I Say This...ITS ALL in Your head...

The things that aren't seemingly working out, the plans that you have made that have fallen through...The relationships that you hold dear that are being troubled..THE BILLS THAT ARE STACKING UP...THE WORRY...ALL That..Its IN YOUR HEAD...

And that's the problem...

I've found that the more we focus on a problem the LARGER IT Gets...Its no different from your science class, when you would put the culture of some VERY SMALL organism, under the microscope that a small speck of dust became so HUGE so much so that you couldn't even look at it all in one glance..

Well this is what MANY people have done, especially over the past few years with the emerging of the "recession" they've taken the dust mite of losing their job, the loss of a relationship, the expansion of debt, the delaying of a dream and have focused on it so much that it consumes their very lives..to the point where the possibility of a positive outcome is far fetched...

So THIS IS WHAT I'VE DONE...I encourage you to do this as well...

Take ALL of the Things that you're Worrying about and the things that have been in your head..The debt, the lost loved one, the threat of losing your job, the broken relationship, the sickness, etc..and I want you to write them on a piece of paper and then...after you have written them down...in a SEPARATE COLOR OF INK (I Like RED) and write

I CHOOSE NOT TO STRESS, FEAR, or WORRY ABOUT THIS, I PUT IT IN GOD'S HANDS

And then RIP IT..Don't Shred it in a machine..RIP IT with your bare hands as Small as you can and THROW IT AWAY!!

You'll find that you'll probably feel a little lighter...and your mind will be clear enough to think up positive solutions and you'll be free to see the big picture again!
