Your God-Sized Investment

If you've been reading the series of blogs this month, you know that I have a strong belief that we have GREATNESS on the inside of us that is waiting to be released. I like to believe that this greatness was INVESTED in us by God and that He allows this Greatness to mature so that one day the withdrawl is greater than the Tax that will attempt to decrease its value...

Hopefully you followed me on that...Any investor will tell you that the growth of any investment depends greatly on the initial SIZE of the investment, the interest rate, and the lifetime of that investment. I like to believe the same is true in our lives..

When God made us, He breathed in us, and created us in HIS image, HIS likeness, and gave us Dominion over a number of things here on the earth. This was God's initial investment...A God Sized Greatness that had the capacity to govern a PLANET! This greatness is within EVERY person...but this Greatness that has been invested has to be TESTED...It has to stand the test of TIME..

The time it takes an investment to grow exponentially depends greatly on the interest rate! The interest rate has the possibility to grow an investment rapidly or slow as molasses...The interest rate in our lives are the people we choose to call our friends, our inspirations, and even our mentors...They have the ability to be a stumbling block to slow us down or a catalyst that can speed us up... I was told that you are the sum total of the 5 people you spend most of your time hanging around.

Just as When a woman gets pregnant there is a process in getting that baby from a microscopic seed to a physical baby that we can hold in our hands. This process is called incubation or growth. Same is true in investments, The Investment has to have TIME to Grow so that the withdrawal of the investment will be worth the wait..any investment that is pulled out prematurely will not live the length of its full potential. The greatness God has invested in us will take time to mature and Grow..so our time in the incubation process, where we are developing, has to be coupled with Patience...

Now patience is our part...not God's..He already knows what He wants to do and already has done for us...Patience gives you time and space to devise a plan, obtain more instructions, and perfect the execution of that plan so that you'll lack nothing in the end!

And in the FULLNESS of time...after you have been patient and exercised discipline in your time of waiting, that greatness will MATERIALIZE through you..Making a Lasting impression on your generation and generations to come.

So today...understand you do have Greatness in you, be sure to inspect your interest rate, and be patient in your time of development! Because after you've let patience have its perfect work in you..you will be PERFECT and COMPLETE (James 1:4) and will enjoy the fulfillment of serving your greatness to the masses!!!!!!!!
